What is the Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel up to one week ( 7 days) before the start of the event and get a full refund (less a $20 processing fee). Cancellations received up to 72 hours (3 days) in advance of the first day of the event will result in a credit applied towards another event. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the first day of the event are issued NO credit. Events are held rain or shine, if the track calls the event off due to unsafe track conditions everyone will be issued a credit.
